Pros
None, barely get any tips just because of the economy, also it's slow most days. And most customers order the same thing, chicken hibachi, and two waters. I get it, though. I can't even eat out really anymore. You do get a discount, but it's only 10%, so if you consider that a pro. My coworkers, some of them, were awesome. They were the ones that made me stay as long as I did. I did enjoy my job sometimes.
Cons
If you want a CEO that does not give a - about your life, your well being, or mental health, work at Asia Cafe. I was fired unfairly and I will only say this - some of the male staff at multiple stores, are dangerous people. Have you ever been stared at, for long periods of your shift by your manager? For no reason ? There are so many things I could talk about this place. It's cursed.
