      pressure cooker, lots of grey area, higher management keeps things from you or diverts the topic when asking about the investment products being sold

      Pros

      Good investment product. Nice sea view, closer to shopping mall. Almost all new staff, 6 full working day with extended hours.

      Cons

      No salary only commission. Be prepared to be mistreated. High turnover of new staffs. Multiple request for personal items to meet company standard. Expect you to behave like a parrot. Inexperienced trainer. Telesales position meant for freshies but packaged as Client Relationship Manager. Money minded, not people oriented.
