      terrible management, not willing to invest on new business. Trying to sell the company. No career path. CEO is terrible, only work half day, the board should fire him

      Nice and friendly workforce with good exposure in satellite business.

      Cons

      CEO is incompetent and does not perform. No respect for employees. Only cares about his own interests and acts unprofessionally. Made bad decisions on acquisitions. Career advancement is limited.
