There is always room for improvement. If you see areas of managers "do not know the jobs they are overseeing", we welcome and encourage you to provide feedback and have further discussion with the manager or report to upper management to strive for continuous improvement! We value your input, thank you.

Pros

work from home, good benefits

Cons

Overwhelming workload with minimal supervisory support (non-existent at times) but I was getting by.. Company lost its contract to service MLTC population for an insurance company (all except their Chinese clients which is fine being that I've worked with Chinese members for over a year using a language line). Many of us were surprised when the company informed all non-Chinese speaking case managers of upcoming lay offs (even though they are continuing to actively interview Chinese workers for the same role). Discrimination? I'd say so. Also, upper management continues to give preferential treatment to their employed relatives despite numerous complaints from various staff members.

ACCM didn't lost its contract to any plans. ACCM provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state and local laws. ACCM expressly prohibits any form of unlawful employee discrimination or harassment based on any protected characteristic. Unlawful interference with the ability of ACCM employees to perform their expected job duties is absolutely not tolerated. It's clearly listed in the job description that certain language skill is required. However, our contracted plan do provides translation line for our employees. Please do not stay silent if you see anything that's against our company policies. Thank you!
