IF they brought in someone that knew what they were doing then the possibilities are endless

Cons

No one there seems to know what they are doing. Downright racism is rife, there is no direction, no leadership, no plan, no vision, no clue.

Enjoyable Tenure at the AFC

Pros

I loved working for the AFC. It's international-facing, there are opportunities to travel to the games (depending on the department and the manager you work with) and I enjoyed good working relationships with my team.

Cons

It can be bureaucratic in its processes, which in itself is not a bad thing, but this means that sometimes initiative/projects can get held back due to departmental delays/internal approvals.
