Good teammate, good salary and incentive

Cons

Poor management, making own policy but breaking it by them self (so it always up to them). Even if it's already state in the contract but they still playing it. Sending very important emails outside working hours. New HR manager just makes everything worse for the employees, very unprofessional. No clear communication in HR team.
