Pros

Leaders are knowledgeable and open about their decisions. It's very opened management style. High agency and trust, no one micromanages you. Company's portfolio is huge and the clients are respected brands all around the world. Great place to work with global brands. Another great part of Asiance, is that you can have work life balance. This is respected from the management and as well as from the clients. Unless it's absolute necessary, it was rare to work later than business hours.

Cons

The projects are all similar and there are lack of projects with production. It’s not a creative agency. There’s also no official performance review process, and not much support from HR.

Pros

Great working/life culture Personable design team Great Leadership (Design team only) Great Working Location

Cons

The main head leadership seemed to be slightly unorganized and not a lot of budgeting helping for the design team to play with new ideas.
