      Pros

      Only go there if you are really desperate for a job or looking for something short term.

      Cons

      ASIC North offer extremely noncompetitive salary. Health benefit is very poor especially the dental plan. You'll have to work very long hours and most of the time multiple projects from different companies.

      Pros

      Good company to work for, family like atmosphere. Open and honest to employees, especially during quarterly meetings. Benefits on par with all others, benefit inquiries response from within, above average. Very little turnover at this company. Vote in the top five best places to work in Vermont for years now!

      Cons

      As primarily a services organization, they are at the mercy of the rapidly changing semiconductor market.
