      Its a company I love to work with. Great work, great learning. I have great mentors to guide me. Best part is their open door policy.

      This was my first company and I am happy about my choice back then. 1. The team including senior management and founders are all hands on, approachable and down to earth. 2. I was given challenging technical tasks and I got adequate help to learn. 3. I was surprised that they got projects from USA from cutting edge valley startups. Definitely, the founders must have had a good reputation. 4. The approach to architecture and coding was something that has helped me get a lot of praise in the current company.

      Cons

      1. No support personnel. We had to do opening and closing office and mundane support staff job. I guess it's a start-up thing.
