Thank you for your honest feedback. It's unfortunate that you feel that way but do appreciate the opportunity to make things better. We are undergoing a significant transformation that includes bringing new talent into the organization, including leadership. As with any new hire there will be a period of transition as they familiarize themselves with our organization and our robust product offering. Experiencing layoffs can be an extremely stressful situation. Letting go team members is always a difficult decision and rest assured, we don’t take that lightly. Our recent reorganization was intended to better position our organization for continued success now and into the future. Again, we recognize that losing people is never easy. Time tracking is not something Asigra has done for over a year. The CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes ONLY. We understand life happens and there may be circumstances when team members will need to arrive to the office late or need to leave early. All we ask is that your managers are aware when you are away from the office. In fact, we have made this super easy with the introduction of BambooHR and its available mobile app. We're not perfect, but we will continue striving to be better. Happy employees lead to happy customers, but our number one goal is to ensure we have an amazing place to work for everyone. Things don't always go as planned but we'll always do our best to do the right thing.
