      Dishonesty and secrecy made me leave

      Pros

      Great academies and stable and loyal clients to work for. Laptop was ok/good.

      Cons

      Early ages get paid below average and with great secrecy about the payroll. Payroll levels are kept secret from employees. Allowances were cancelled without further warning. 20% of net salary vanished from night to day due to the "remote work" model. Collective Promotion promises and nothing.

      Pros

      A tshirt, a sweat, you dont get back your precious time.

      Cons

      They promise you one thing but will try to pay bellow. Persecutor and always trying to create an intimatory ambient until you cease without social benefits or paying what they promise to you at the first interviews. Becareful signing contracts they will deceive you signing ridiculous clauses that will agaisnt you later. Stay away its my recommendation but if you like to be pushed around. Go for it. Btw avoid the xmas parties of the company thers nothing more naive hipocrital and pedant

      Great place to work.

      Pros

      Despite being a relatively new company, there is a very large team spirit and easy access to all levels of the company. Regarding the management team the same is quite experienced (+20 years) and oriented to the development of business and the company. It is an excellent company to learn and grow in the consulting field.

      So far nothing to point to.
