      - Freedom in the office to do whatever you want (no coffee breaks or bathroom breaks regulations) - not bad salary offer

      Cons

      - The bring analysts to tell them what the technical team told them many times already only to hear it from an outsider and then disregard it completely, everyone said it would take 6 months to build an application, they still want it done by the end of next week
