      Work timing is very flexible, only company need employees concentration on work. HR team is helpful.

      Cons

      Remuneration structure is not as per position hierarchy.

      Pros

      The greatest advantage is the time flexibility. Employees are treated as assets and are delegated adequate responsibilities. Salaries are good and if you perform then there are great chances of success.

      Cons

      Little bit of politics as there is in every company. Since there are so many employees there are a lot of small teams so sometimes it becomes difficult to keep track of who is doing what.
