Somewhat flexible work hours. Engineers are friendly.
Cons
1) Illegal 3 year bond for all freshers joining company with below average salary of less than 2.5LPA. But if you break the bond we have to pay 3L to company. 2) No training at all for freshers, and no mentoring. Directly all are forced to work on project without knowledge. 3) Very long working hours. Forced to stay in office by managers. Sometimes for 12 hours and overnight. No overtime extra pay. 4) Company directors are not at all caring about employees. Employees are treated like servants. 5) HR department is always misleading employees and changing policies to trap employees. HRs are only interested in cutting salary of employees for unnecessary reasons. 6) No Saturday holidays and no compensatory pay. 7) Very long 90 days notice period. 8) Very bad leadership. Directors sleep in middle of meeting. 9) Cheating in the name of incentives. Everything is cut from your salary only. 10) Below market salary is given and too much work is assigned. 11) HRs are only interested in spying on employees. 12) Directors sleep in office in the name of meditation. 13) Very bad location, no parking available. 14) Finance department is not willing to support employees. Only interested in cutting money. 15) Employer's contribution of PF is also cut from employee's salary. 16) No appreciation for employees hard work.
