      Not really a lot to comment on in a positive way.

      Cons

      Massive lack of communication. Not clear management style. Managing director is volatile. Upper to mid management do not care about any issues. Extremely cut throat. I've seen 10-12 people sacked in a very short time frame in the last 4 months. No training provided and no training department. Team members constantly arguing in the office name calling and squaring up to each other.

      Pros

      You will get the chance to meet nice people. Even if its located outside London, in Chessington South the office and the location is great. You have a nice kitchen where you can enjoy your meal. If you are proactive you can be recognized and get a better role within.

      Cons

      Low paid and nothing near to what you see on the job description online. Excessive work load and stress and if you are lucky you get 20K. When i t comes to break you only get a half an hour lunch break and if you are smoking a short break in between. You need to be quiet and not too bubbly/smiley.

      Pros

      The only pros about this place were a few of the people I worked with. It’s a good place to open your eyes and realize what type of person you don’t want to become in a workplace.

      Cons

      Management is beyond childish. They create the illusion that you have power, when in reality, they condescend to your ideas. At times, it feels as if managers forget their roles and make remarks you’d expect to hear on a Friday evening at a local pub—some of which can come across as quite racist, sexist, and patronising. Backward thinking company.
