Pros

Super fun, young staff. Everyone is interested in collaborating and working together. Admin does a good job of promoting this. Families are wonderful and supportive for the most part. Curriculum is cutting edge in many aspects. The leadership curriculum is great.

Cons

The administration is very hard on teachers and demands a huge work load. They claim to emphasize work life balance then pile on last minute dead lines for enormous projects that don't benefit teachers or students. There is a fear based leadership style with certain administrators which is why there is such a high teacher turnover. Teacher do not feel appreciated and are treated like they are replaceable.

Pros

The teachers and the families at the school make the cons almost bearable.

Cons

Agree with another review that states the administration violates their one rule “be kind”.

Pros

The teachers are wonderful. The administration is horrible. The leaders of the school are the worst offenders of their only rule “be kind”.

Cons

The founder doesn’t care at all about her students or employees, only money and appearances. Claims to be culturally competent but really just forces employees to take tests that share their personal beliefs and preferences to be judged on and ultimately discriminated against.
