      Pros

      Every person hired is well vetted and easy to get along with. Great company if you believe in work-life balance - the property management teams only work standard hours and you aren't expected to work overtime.

      Cons

      Slow to move up (small company) but they are loyal to those who stay.

      Pros

      Aspen hires great people who value work-life balance while working hard monday to friday 8-430 pm. Its an environment that fosters learning, you get exposure working on a variety of projects since the office (not including operations staff) is under 6 people in Edmonton. Great culture.

      Cons

      Lack of career opportunities in the Edmonton Office since it is a small group.
