      -Great benefits -Competitive Salary -Flexible work hours -Managers and owners are very friendly -A lot of very talented engineers that enjoy solving problems and getting the job done. -Lots of minor perks like frequent catered food -Lots of different technologies being utilized (C#, Xamarin, ASP .NET, SQL, Android, IOS)

      -Awesome place to work overall -Friendly co-workers and management -Great place to work right out college -Management actually cares about you -Good pay -Autonomy to complete tasks, no micromanaging at all

      Pros

      Aspen is outstanding in their respect and care for each individual employee. It truly is like family . Management and owners know each employee and allow flexibility when needed. Benefits are very generous with 100% company-paid health & dental insurance for the employee.

      Cons

      Would be nice to add a few personal days and additional holidays (i.e., day-after Thanksgiving) to the generous benefit list.
