      Vast amount of investment property opportunities Proven strategies to accommodate for investors Expansive knowledge on all UK cities Professional atmosphere Very experienced well diverse MD providing tailored leadership

      No investment property outside the UK Not many freehold opportunities An option to work from home maybe 1/2 times a week (dependent on performance)

      Pros

      - nice people, friendly management, enthusiastic and positive thinking directors - chance to work on some exciting developments - award winning company - everybody helps each other, at all levels - young, vibrant company - good pay and benefits with extra perks for hard workers - paid properly on time, every time. - need to think on your feet in a fast changing environment

      Cons

      - scope for improvement with lead generation and quality of lead output - communication between the marketing, sales progression and sales department could be improved - not enough hours in the day to get everything you want to get done

      Pros

      Fun days out and great work/life balance. Day to day workload is just about right to keep me focused throughout the day. Paid for my personal training session which is very generous. Friendly team to work with.

      Cons

      Noise levels in the office can sometimes be high but it's a minor issue. Lacks internal communication between departments which lead to last minute changes being made.

      Good morning, We love our days out! We should really do more of them, but I suppose we do need to work too. We really do believe in training our staff when they need it/ask for it.
