Pros

Cons

-management that doesn't understand you -have to be at work eventhough you're sick but when you came work with your sickness & couldn't concentrate it will become an issue too -couldn't take childcare leave if its urgent , have to show every prove that your child is sick -will be charge for every small matters like coming late for work for a few minutes is a big issue that can get you terminated -not wearing a nametag or uniform just because its washing can get you charge or being questioned with no symphaty -management wants respect from us but couldn't give the same respect to us -no matual understanding between CA's & management -forcing us to do healthier SG if we don't do we're gonna be questioned -not doing ART for patients will also make us get questioned by the management -we have to force patient to do ART & pay $10.80 for each test even if patient doesnt want to we're told to create stories , a few of us we're scolded by the patients for asking them to do it & having a $10.80 cost for it -welfare & safety of us CA's is 0 -they installed a cctv with voice recorded so that they could hear whatever we said to the patient or to our other CA -we're watched almost 24/7 -no thumb in is equal to us not coming to work which is unfair as they have cctv to see & we have to cover that day by using our leave if we didn't thumb in -overall this company have 0 symphaty to patients or CAs

Pros

Transportation is provided for night shift

Cons

The HR department often takes time to respond and may prioritize cases based on their interests. Consistent follow-ups are sometimes necessary to get a response. It's important to note that employees are considered replaceable in this organization. Overworking yourself may not necessarily lead to recognition or an improved experience—it could instead result in additional stress. Favouritism appears to be a challenge within the workplace. Employees who maintain close relationships with management often have a smoother experience. Additionally, some staff members may rely on juniors to handle their workload, sometimes without taking responsibility for issues that arise during shifts. While the organization mentions having CCTV for accountability, it is unclear whether it is consistently used to address such concerns. There is also a perceived contradiction in the work environment. When seeking assistance, employees might be questioned about their qualifications, but a lack of questions could also lead to criticism. Roster management has room for improvement. There are instances where clinics are staffed with uneven workloads, with some locations having surplus staff and others left with minimal support. Certain employees may be repeatedly assigned to solo shifts, which raises questions of fairness. Regarding overtime pay, the current policy seems unbalanced. For example, work done between 1 PM and 2 PM may not qualify for overtime pay, while tardiness of a few minutes results in salary deductions. This inconsistency creates dissatisfaction among staff. Lastly, the workplace culture requires careful navigation. Gossip tends to spread quickly, so it's crucial to build trust carefully. Employees are advised to be cautious in their interactions.

Pros

You will be equipped with skills such as ECG, nebuliser and UBT. Most CAs and CMs are really fun and easy to talk to. Also, whatever you read here, its true but take it with a pinch of salt. If you decide to join, all the best.

Cons

A huge shoutout to the roster people. If you stay at the east side, count yourself lucky because they wont throw you to somewhere far. Central staff are so unlucky because they will throw us to the west side and doesnt even give any heads-up. No courtesy or whatsnot. We get it no manpower at the west side but a basic courtesy of asking if we are okay to go to the west area would be nice. Train other staff to do rostering because it seems like two people from east side are not considerate to other sectors. Take someone from the central or west. Solo shifts if you are posted at central and west. In short, you vs 20-30 patients in 5 hours. Some east clinics do not need 2 CAs because their trend of patient count at night is less than 20 patients. But no, they get as many staff as they want leaving other sectors doing solo shifts. It drains you out. Just train someone from central and west to ensure unfairness in rostering. We get it, no manpower. Also family day doesnt mean you get an off day. You will have to work either morning and/or night shift. Your family day starts at 1pm to 4pm. They make it a huge deal to want to know the staff when all the staff doesnt see the need to attend the "family day" if they have to work. Just close down the clinics for one day. Wont hurt anyone. Blame CAs for everything. I get it some are our fault but they like to pinpoint to CAs and expect us to remember what happened on certain dates. All of us are already stress working there because of patients verbally abusing us, coworkers that are there just for display and it leads to most CAs having bad anxiety, anger issues and irregular sleeping and eating habits.
