Good benefits. Decent pay. Nice building.

Good benefits. Decent pay. Upper management and sales drives the business. None of which are scientists, have experience with healthcare or anything close. They hire friends of the good old boys club and put them in critical roles.

this company was a comparison to the sitcom the office. fully including the upper management as characters.

Cons

The egos of upper management. How unprofessional everyone was. How hard it was to work remotely. How hard it was to work in general with constant interruptions from the CEO himself.
