Pros

Some colleagues are nice but not everyone.

Cons

Was given a dirty desk with a broken chair on first day, no stationary and have to use personal pen to write for 2 days. During the interview , was told by HR that overtime is required only on urgent case but on the job for 2 day get to know OT till 8-10pm was expect daily for non urgent thing like helping boss to compare which item is good and cheap. The boss don't care whether you have taken your dinner, most staff can only take their dinner after work. The official working timing is 8:30am to 6:15pm (to maximized 44hours from MOM), non-official one expect staff to work from 8am -10pm (over MOM limit) . In addition, staff are expected to standby for any issues (including non-urgent one) on Saturday and Sunday. Staff was treated like a machine not a human.

Pros

-Met a genuinely nicer and friendlier colleague who is both helpful and patient. This colleague would gladly pass down whatever knowledge, skills and know hows to you. -Able to acquire some product knowledge Despite this, will not recommend one to join unless you wish to handle dramas now and then.

Cons

-No proper guidelines/instructions passed down from the very beginning hence can lead to alot of confusion later on(make sure to keep clarifying as there are many processes for certain work) -Expected to know your thing after being taught once -High volume of workload especially if you are from G* side as orders do not arrive in small quantities hence required to OT quite often. (Long working hours) -Job is tedious and manual for both hands on(handling of goods) and computer work. -Have to carry out tasks beyond what is described in your JD. For e.g out of office work (do enquire clearly during interview as it is not as simple as what it sounds like and not everyone may be comfortable with it) -Toxic environment(people there tend to have pattern more than badminton).True to other reviews posted below. Be careful of what you say or do as people tend to nitpick on the simpliest of things that they can use against you.Work load are also usually being tossed to the new/lower position staff which can be quite demanding. -A working environment where sadly it doesn't pays to be kind. -May refer to previous reviews for benefits. Amazing 10days of AL.

Not a good environment to work in

Pros

Some helpful and friendly colleagues who have worked there for very long. There are definitely some nice people. Honestly, nothing good about this place.

Cons

Unclear instructions from top-down, or even amongst team colleagues. Supposed to 'work together' to get things done, but sometimes even the experienced colleagues 'do not know' the information. Help is also subjected to their mood, even if you are new. Definitely not a place to work if you are a new person into the field. Flip instructions like flip prata, can't make up their mind.
