Pros

The organisation promises to support, encourage and train you within your job and give you 40 learners caseload so you can manage your work

Cons

There is no support, no training, no professional development, more so they undermine you and micromanage you, so there is no working independently or managing your caseload as you are given over 40 learners and put under unrealistic targets and made to pick up other colleagues mess, and there no work life balance as you are constantly working without breaks and having to meet deadlines which are very last minute given to you. The company likes to claim funding for learners that have left and didn’t want to start their qualification. The management are known for bullying staff and performance managing them out if they don’t fit in the team or not liked by management. Staff turnover is very high as mostly they are bullied out of their jobs or performance managed out.

Thank you for taking the time to review your employment at Aspiration Training Ltd. I am pleased to say that the culture and behaviours you described in your review are not in keeping with the frequent feedback we do receive. We are however extremely concerned by your review and would like an opportunity to understand this further and take any appropriate actions. As you state that you are a current team member, we urge you to discuss your particular experiences with us via our people team; peopleteam@aspirationtraining.com, or please get in touch with your local Managing Director. We would also like to clarify that any views posted on this site are genuine reviews and take extremely seriously any claims to the contrary.
