      Hybrid work opportunities, great benefits and flexibility.

      Cons

      Clinical supervisors are incredibly inappropriate, lack of support for clinical staff, and incredibly intense new pressure for new billable hour expectations. Profit over people. Massive layoff in the last six months, roll back on funding issues yet focused on expanding their services/billable services and not on retaining staff/providing work and life balance.
