TBH I was a garbage employee and because of that let go during covid. Well I was there they were very accommodating. The hiring process had us do actual test work rather than an interview. We got paid for training whether or not we made the cut for the job. The work felt like meaningless busy work. The software we worked on was for Bose. I am wondering who actually uses the Bose Connect App? They claimed they were a profitable company but considering that they constantly had fundraisers and asked employees to help out was a little concerning. To me this whole company felt like a charity to hire people on the spectrum and pay us poverty wages to do busy work. Lastly I was constantly harassed by another employee and management did nothing.
