Management obsessed with cost cutting with no regards for employee career development or growth. Company makes it clear that it does not care about you. They continuously push people to leave to replace with lower salaries. Employees are nice but turnover is too high for a reason. Management is located in a country where Aspria doesn’t even operate…. This is the consensus among most of the lower level employees. Future Aspria employees beware.

Very low salary, expecting a lot of work and higher "standard" which means you will work more for cheap. long boring office hours, unpaid launch break time, 46+ hours is normal.
