Pros
When you come onboard to Assembla, you will have an immediate impact in company-wide decisions. Your opinion will be valued. There is a great team currently at Assembla, and it is a great company to further propel your sales career.
Cons
Assembla falls under the Idera brand of DevOps Tools. Idera exponentially underpays their employees. Additionally, since Assembla is one of the smaller brands in their portfolio, it doesn't get the attention it deserves. That being said, at my time of leaving Assembla, that seemed to be changing, and Assembla was getting more attention.
