      You are treated like an adult and trusted to own your work. Boundaries are respected and guilt-free PTO. Managers invest in your long-term career growth.

      Cons

      I personally can't think of anything, but this is a small company, which means sometimes you have to wear many hats. This kind of environment may not be for everyone.
