      Pros

      Amazing, supportive team with great leadership. Really good organisational culture. It’s been great to work in a team of people who love their jobs and work really hard to deliver a team result.

      It can sometimes be challenging giving feedback to other departments and not seeing it taken onboard

      Assembly Label provides an amazing team environment with great company values. I've always felt incredibly supported and have been exposed to many career opportunities and advancements. Management have a genuine interest in your growth and success, which motivates you to provide that same support to your team.

      Cons

      The business can be quite reactive with trade decisions and there’s not always consideration for the retail teams and the huge part they play in the process.
