      Pros

      The entire team has been welcoming and supportive from day one. The company does a fantastic job of creating a strong sense of community in a remote environment. The is company is driven towards a unified goal and wants to see all team members succeed.

      Cons

      Working remotely can sometimes take a little bit longer to navigate, but Assembly does a great job of providing the resources and tools needed for success.
