Pros

Supportive team and amazing team members, training opportunities, get to work with global and big clients, hybrid model but quite flexible on remote working, free lunch once a month, nice office.

Cons

Teams are under resourced, so you'll have to learn how to work independently as your manager will most likely be juggling several different clients. This is both positive and negative, as you'll get the chance to prove yourself and learn quickly. Overall, it's a good company to start at, especially if you're fresh out of uni.

Pros

• great office space • good people at the company

Cons

• micromanagement- filling up excel sheets of all the daily tasks and how many hours they take you, in addition to timesheets, which management doesn’t use to improve bandwidth either • toxic work culture is promoted, limited work recognition - hard work goes unrecognized and the incompetent people who “stay late” are often rewarded over people who actually put in the work •no guidance from seniors - seniors were often unsupportive and lacked the time or knowledge to guide juniors • short-staffed teams and excessive workloads that were flagged and ignored by managers • late night calls with global teams that are too frequent but wasn’t communicated at the time of hiring • issues with leaves, and managers not approving leaves and the expectation to be “available for calls” for basic queries which could have waited a day • “GREAT PLACE TO WORK AT “ survey was not provided to all employees

Pros

- get paid on time

Cons

- extremely disappointing. The culture felt cold and impersonal, with little effort made to create a positive working environment. There were very few social events or opportunities for teams to build relationships, making it feel like employees were simply expected to work and leave. - Workloads were consistently excessive. Many employees appeared overworked, understaffed and under constant pressure to deliver more with fewer resources. Long hours and burnout seemed to be accepted as normal rather than something management actively tried to address. - Senior leadership felt disconnected from the reality of day-to-day work. Communication was often poor, employee concerns did not appear to be taken seriously, and decisions frequently felt driven by business interests rather than employee wellbeing. - I was also uncomfortable with some of the company’s business relationships. Public reporting showed that Stagwell and its subsidiary SKDK carried out work for the Israeli government during the Gaza conflict before later ending those relationships. Employees should do their own research and decide whether the company’s partnerships align with their personal values.
