Great coworkers and smart coworkers. You learn things initially.
Cons
Management is unbearable, both the sum but also some specific parts of it. If there ever was a prime example for "the shoemaker's children go barefoot", this is it; org psychology "boutique consulting" where upper management is thoroughly devoid of psychological competence.
Compensation. Flexibility in working hours and locations. Awesome coworkers.
Cons
Management avoids making decisions and stick to the plans that they have made. There is a "big plan" revealed quarterly that is completely different from the previous plan and it seems that the company is just running in circles. The potential for the group is great but the lack of structure and the neglect management style is a dragging anchor for the company.
