Pros

It's a job but not for long. Very little positive I can say about ACS other than beware whether potential employee or client. There are some nice people here except for the President.

Cons

Small company, no direction, can't keep employees, President mistreats people for his personal enjoyment, very negative atmosphere especially toward clients.

Pros

Most of the time you do not have to be in the office. You spend most of your life on the road, on including weekends. You will not last more than 6 months. Thankfully I was able to use this as a platform of how a company should not be ran, which helped me land my current job making 2x what I did here. My current employer has promoted me several times and to training, all because i can now spot when a worker is unhappy and how to keep tunover down.

Cons

The recent sweatshop review was so exact I felt the need to write a 2nd review to respond to the owner. Hi, I am the "friend". I suggest anyone that has horse blinders on and looks at this job paying $25,000 salary wise up. They pay salary so they don't have to pay hourly. When you look at what you are paid divided by the hours you actually work or "contribute to better the company" you will end up making far below minimum wage. When you are in the field your average day is: you get up extremely early, have a quick hotel breakfast, then head out to work until some ungodly hour (well over an 8hr day). There is no scheduling, calling for advice, or rationale. Just divide and conquer a building mentality. You get random calls throughout the day asking about previous jobs and are told to work harder to make sure the job is done. In regards to the last review, I was dumb enough to get a friend a job here. We soon learned together how the owner's self destructive personality and rage tantrums, as well as the kids micro managing us, were here to tear you down to a data entry worker with no freetime or personal life. We never broke anything except the federal law that dictates if you are paid salary and you work overtime, the employer is supposed to ensure you still make at least minimum wage. After several 12 hour days and long nights of not being able to go to sleep because you have to upload your data, you will make well below minimum wage. Therefore federal work regulations are being violated. I am glad we were let go 2 years ago. Apparently the owner still holds anger toward hardwork and critical thinking. Which is why all the positive reviews were posted on the same two days. The owner must have told the 3-4 people working to write a good review, but probably do it on your lunch break.

Pros

Every "good review" on this page is from the owner making up different alias'. This place is okay for someone who doesn't have a college education and doesn't mind making $25,000 salary with no bonuses of overtimed paid.

Cons

You will work 9-6 and they will have a hard time letting you leave at 6. You spend most of your days on a computer plugging and chugging on spreadsheets. The owner is a joke. Only concerned about himself and has no customer service skills in the least bit.
