Pros
Great location, paid parking, talented staff, decent salary, matching 401K, Very good health benefits. Some flexibility on work hours. A business with a lot of potential.
Cons
Poor management, different groups within the same organization working against each other, segregation, lack of communication on plans, no career plans for employees, uncertain environment, sales commissions and bonus plans.

It all depends on your boss. The HR department is contract so any issues will not be solved.
Cons
Upper management does not listen to employees. You can only go as high as your immediate boss will allow
