Pros

Sure, the job starts out well. Leadership makes sure to encourage positive reviews on here to new employees with rose-colored glasses.

Cons

It quickly takes a turn. Please ask about turnover rates during your job interview. That's really all you need to know.

Pros

Was really caring and checked on you to see if you were happy with your assignment at first.

Cons

Then I started to have a few issues with the trainer I was working with and their whole attitude towards me changed. The company decided to not to extend my contract and even though I seen it through to the end. I couldn't even get them to return my calls to get my personal belongings from desk at the company they had me working at. They waited an hour after I had left for me to leave for New Years weekend to send me a text that I needed to call them and told me that my time there was up and not going to be extended. They couldn't tell me why.

Pros

- Management hires based on the all-around person not just based on years of experience, they can see potential in people even if they have never been in this industry and they help you to grow into success. - Uncapped commission is always great, you can really make a lot of money even in your first year if you put in the effort. - Everyone at the company really is eager to get to know you, you will go from nervous about knowing nobody to feeling very comfortable in the office before you know it.

Cons

- Very reactive rather than proactive, in most part due to the large amount of growth in such a short period of time, I feel management tends to be more on the reactive side only addressing things or putting changes in places when it has already become an issue. - I feel like a lot of the cons you could come up with are mostly due to the industry itself. This is not a job you should go into blindly, it does take hard work, resilience, and persistence but if you are willing to put that in you can really get a lot out of it.
