      Pros

      I’ve worked at ABS for 15 years and have been very happy with the flexibility and liberty I have in my day to day work. Ownership and management is always looking for ways to improve the work environment, offer bonuses based on performance, and encourage career advancement from within. Looking forward to where they takes ABS in the next few years.

      Cons

      Currently my job is more demanding than ever, though we’re all doing a little more now to keep things moving and to contribute to the success of the company.
