It is above minimum wage

Cons

For the job, it isn't enough. You're working with bodily fluids in a fast paced environment. It can be stressful. If you're a closer, you will never leave at your office's posted closed time. Starting employees at $15 per hour for that is not enough.

There isn't too much room for growth, unless you want to be a Medical Laboratory Technician.
