      Able to coast through the day, being busy but not stressed.

      Cons

      You need to be on the phone constantly. Very few breaks.

      They pay weekly, you do get the opportunity to not work as much as everyone else if you hit your quota, always doing giveaways

      Cons

      If you take to many breaks you may have to work Sunday to make up your pause time. Only a very small percent hit their quota.
