Pros
The management is really good at giving requested days off. The staff is pretty friendly as long as you avoid the gossip.
Cons
The management needs a lot of help. I think if they has assistants it would make everyone's lives easier. Schedules usually come out with less than 24 hour notice of your next shift. If you dont have a smart phone you pretty much have to constantly check your email to check for your schedule.
