Toxic work environment where both associates & managers are not held accountable for their behavior. No follow through on correct procedure. No clear guidelines or job descriptions for any department, expectations are constantly being changed with zero notice. Multiple staff left due to treatment within 3 months. Those who voiced concerns over treatment were penalized for speaking up including myself. There is no room for career advancement, no raises & none of the upper management truly listen to the staff.

No room for upward mobility. Raises are non-existent.
