      Flexible scheduling... and that's about it.

      Cons

      Upper management does not manage. Supervisor enjoys micro-managing and wasting everyone's time by inquiring about every action/event for 3 hours each management. NO room for growth or promotions. Very toxic and hostile working environment. Enjoy no "chit-chat" in a college setting.
