Pros
Good salary, likeable owner, fair. Management overhead is minimal.
Cons
Contractual arrangements typically don't allow for telecommuting options. If (when) the Government shuts down, pay stops. The Company does not carry a bench - not even for one day. The Company is too concentrated in one agency. When contracts aren't renewed, there's no place to move to and you're out on the street.
