Set hours, no weekends and incentives for payments reprocessed. Recognition for goals met. Coworkers were amazing and management was extremely supportive. Work/family /life balance.
Cons
Dealing with unpleasant clientele. Repetitive calling. The higher we perform, the higher the expectations. Generally not a bad thing, adding tasks on top of those in place, can create more work/time for Representatives already held to minimum call times.
Literal 20 year olds in charge. “Point system” if you’re over 5 mins late on clocking in. You could be in the bldg, at your desk, but if you’re computer takes too long to turn on, technically you’re late. No one with a college degree is in charge. Horrible place overall, very dead end job.
