Pros
Interesting job. You can learn many things on electrical/electronic and automation sector. There are some people to explain all the new stuff.
Cons
Too many extra hours. From 1 - 3 everyday plus some weekends. (but there are paid) 3-6 months offshore trips (it may be a pro as it paid as an extra) No training. You have to learn the hard way.

Senior management with extensive experience. Flexible and casual. Growing in a very demanding market. Good investments. Very nice colleagues.
Cons
Managers with limited technical background on the field, yet with attitude. Managers with limited people management skills, yet with attitude. Heavy workload that does not match with salaries.
