It’s very rewarding to hear stories from assure patients, it makes it easy to be motivated to work every day. Assure gives its employees amazing flexibility to work from home or come into an office (Ft Lauderdale only). The company is growing fast and management jobs keep opening up, so there’s lots of opportunity to move up. The founders of the company are great at showing appreciation to their employees by getting breakfast/lunch for the employees sometimes and parties from time to time.

Great flexibility and management is very understanding with making up hours. The entire team is very helpful and open to answer any questions we have so it is makes it easier to learn the process and job. Also, management constantly asks our feedback to see how they can improve the process and make it easier for us. The job itself is very fulfilling because you experience making a change in people’s lives for the better which is rare to find in every job.
