Assure health is a fast growing startup healthcare/tech company with a great working culture. The services that Assure Health offer are often life changing for their patients. It’s very rewarding to hear stories from assure patients, it makes it easy to be motivated to work every day. Assure gives its employees amazing flexibility to work from home or come into an office (Ft Lauderdale only). The company is growing fast and management jobs keep opening up, so there’s lots of opportunity to move up. The founders of the company are great at showing appreciation to their employees by getting breakfast/lunch for the employees sometimes and parties from time to time.
Cons
It’s a fast growing start up company. Things are constantly changing with new partnerships and updates to internal tech systems. If you’re not adaptable and ready to work hard, this company is probably not for you.
