Pros
Recruits smart people and promotes from within. Does not treat people like machines like some other manufacturers do. More laid back than a lot of manufacturers. Good pay and benefits for the area. Has the potential to be a great company.
Cons
A lot of overtime because of poor planning. Does not invest enough in employee training. Tends to make decisions based on instinct rather than carefully analyzing data and make the correct and appropriate decisions. Makes decisions based on initial cost rather than the overall costs and very tight with money.
