      Great place to work, not great for career progression

      Pros

      Incredible people to work with. They really have created a fantastic environment and insure that they employ people that add to the existing personnel.

      Cons

      Depending on what area you work in within the company, there isn't much place for career progression, unless you change role to a different department. You will find people there that have worked there for years (certainly a plus point) however, it does mean that things become stagnant in terms of promotion.
