      Knowledge-rich environment but watch out for politics

      Pros

      Good if you want to gain alot of knowledge since it is like a startup environment you will work on alot of things.

      Cons

      On the outside seniors are nice but behind the backs there is alot of politics, this may be team dependent though. Even if you are hard working and work well, if you don't vibe well with the team you will be getting negative reviews. You may have to sacrifice wlb.
