Pros
If you classify work as your 'LIFE' then that is about the only pro.
Cons
Astins do not care about their employees if they are not management level or classified as 'Heads Of'. Unrealistic deadlines are given and if you do not finish you are made to feel like you have to stay out of hours to complete. Management staff just make everybody feel very uncomfortable whiles at work and I personally just didn't enjoy the working environment.

Pros
The only reason to work for Astins is to get the experience and then leave asap. They will want blood. They'll offer you more money when you quit, but they could have offered me treble salary and I'd of still left.
Cons
Crazy work hours, lies about career progression, extremely unhealthy work life balance. In fact there is no work life balance at Astins, life is work.
